"99 Enemas" would be a good name for a band.
I'd say remarkable progress has been made. If I had 6+ hours of spinal surgery I'd be out flat for weeks. Cod is up an about, carefully, and stubbornly doing for himself.

It doesn't take 6+ hours of back surgery to lay me out for weeks. A daily bottle of Jack will do that.
